The Ross' are youth group leaders in their temple and they volunteer time in the community as well. Michael was formerly a special education teacher who would know how to advocate for a child in his care. Michael and Jennifer are willing to accept a child of either gender and any age, as long as the child would be willing to be raised in the Jewish faith. The child can be of any ethnicity, have mild to moderate medical and/or emotional needs, and be an individual or part of a sibling group.
